    • Shipping costs for size changes are assumed by the customer without exceptions.
    • You have 7 days from the date you receive your item to exchange it for the same style unless we don’t have it in stock, then you can request another style  (no exceptions)
    • If it is within 7 business days after receiving the item, please send an email Lilasshoesmiami@outlook.com and requesting your size change.
    • Remember to attach to the email your order number, and required size
    • We only offer size exchanges for returns.
    • We do not issue refunds to your payment method.
    • We do not cover return shipping.
    • Shoes must be unworn and free of scuffs or marks.
    • Shoe boxes must be in good condition.
    • We offer a 3-month guarantee (only for fabric defects)
    • Exchanges can not be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. That is, you cannot apply exchanges before we have issued it to you.
    • FINAL SALE and SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • Please allow 1-2 weeks for return processing.
    • Once your return or exchange is processed we are going to contact you to make the exchange.
    • Changes are only made for orders from the United States and Puerto Rico.
